All sand volleyball sessions will be held at Daffin Park off Victory Drive.

Saturday May 28, 9AM

Location: Forsyth Park, stage side

Our 3 on 3 Spring Forsyth Grass Volleyball Tournament will offer 12, 14, 16 and 18's age divisions. Participants will be responsible for forming their own teams. Each participant must register through our website. Teams may have a 4th player as a sub. There will be no walk registration.

Cost: $25 per player before May 14, $30 per player on or after May 14.

Youth Academy Level I and Level II for K-8

Club Savannah Youth Academy programs are offered to boys and girls ages 5-13. Our programs help establish a fun, healthy environment for kids to learn basic volleyball skills. The programs are instructed by talented, experienced coaches who are very hands on with each kid.

Location: St. Paul’s Activities Center

Youth Academy Level I - Grades K-4 Co-Ed: Building basic skills, learning boundaries, understanding tasks, and building confidence in a FUN environment. Basic ball handling, including passing and serving. Understanding court layout and boundaries, sportsmanship, team play intro.

Youth Academy Level II - Grades 5-8: Additional skills are introduced, and proper techniques are reinforced. Team play, ball control exercises, and court boundaries are understood and explained further.

Cost: $20 per session

Advanced Defense and Ball Control with Ho and Matt

Thursdays May 19 and 26, 6-7:30PM and Sunday May 22, 6-7:30PM

Location: St. Paul’s Activities Center

For those experienced players who are seeking to farther advance both their defensive, passing and ball control skills.

Cost: $25 per session.

Passing Clinic

Tuesday May 10, 6-7PM at the JEA, Wednesdays May 18 and 25, 6-7PM at St. Paul’s

Location: Specified based on dates above

Players will build on their footwork skills and passing technique in this clinic. Emphasis will be put on teaching good fundamentals of serve receive passing.

Cost: $15 per session.

Middle Hitter Training

Mondays May 2, 16 and 23 7-8PM

Location: St. Paul’s Activities Center

This clinic just focuses on the technical components, armswing, blocking and transitioning.

Cost: $15 per session.

Outside and Rightside Hitter Training with Ho

Tuesday May 10, 7:30-8:30PM at the JEA, Mondays May 16 and 23, 7-8PM at St. Paul’s

Location: Specified based on dates above

The clinic is designed to breakdown the swing and provides hitters repetitions. Techniques will be broken down from footwork, jumping technique, arm-swing, and landing. Special focus will also be given to ball control and shot development.

Cost: $15 per session.

Setter Training with Ho

Tuesday May 10 6-7:30PM, Wednesdays May 18 and 25 6-7:30PM at St. Paul’s

Location: Specified based on dates above

The training session will focus on extensive fundamental training to develop proper hand position and footwork. It is highly recommended for setters who are looking to enhance setting techniques.

Cost: $25 per session.

Serving Clinic

Mondays May 2, 16 and 23 8-9PM

Location: St. Paul’s Activities Center

This clinic just focuses on serving, breaking down the technical components and receive a lot of repetitions.

Space is limited.

Cost: $15 per session.

2016 Summer Camps Announced

Our Programs vs. Our Camps Most programs are once a week. Camps are offered over consecutive days. The more frequent players touch a ball, the better. Can players register for programs and camps over the summer? Yes.

All Skills Camp

Monday July 11 - Wednesday July 13, 9AM-3PM



Location: St. Paul’s Activities Center



Our All Skills Camp is specially designed to meet the needs of athletes entering grades 6-12. The camp focuses on all aspects of the game with the emphasis on fundamentals. Skill development is emphasized during hours of on-court instruction in the following areas: serving, serve receiving, forearm passing, setting, attacking, team defense, blocking, team reception, attack coverage and team transition. Campers are placed in a group of similar age and ability.



Cost: $150 before June 27, $165 after

Hitter/Setter Camp

Thursday July 14 - Friday July 15, 9AM-3PM



Location: St. Paul’s Activities Center



The Setter/Hitter Camp is for athletes entering grades 6-12. This camp is ideal for athletes who have established themselves as a setter or hitter and want to improve on one of these skills. The sessions focus specifically on improving advanced hitting or setting techniques for improved execution during game situations through excellent, intensive training. Players enrolling in these camps should be ready for intermediate and advanced skills training. Campers must specify whether they are a setter, outside hitter, or middle blocker. Enrollment is limited.



Cost: $120 before June 30, $130 after

Advanced Volleyball Camp

Monday July 25 - Wednesday July 27, 9AM-3PM



Location: St. Paul’s Activities Center



The Advanced Volleyball Camp is specially designed to meet the needs of athletes looking to advance their skills. The camp will focus on all aspects of the game with the emphasis on fundamentals and executing them more consistently. Skill development is emphasized during hours of on-court instruction in the following areas: serving, serve receiving, forearm passing, setting, attacking, team defense, blocking, team reception, attack coverage and team transition. Campers are placed in a group of similar age and ability.



Cost: $150 before July 13, $165 after

Middle School Tryout Prep Camp

Monday August 1 - Wednesday August 3, 9AM-3PM



Location: St. Paul’s Activities Center



The Middle School Tryout Prep Camp is specially designed to meet the needs of athletes entering grades 6-8. The camp will focus on all aspects of the game with the emphasis on fundamentals needed for tryouts. Skill development is emphasized during hours of on-court instruction in the following areas: serving, serve receiving, forearm passing, setting, attacking, team defense, blocking, team reception, attack coverage and team transition. Campers are placed in a group of similar age and ability.



Cost: $150 before July 20, $165 after
